Appointment Of Transport Inspector
The Government of Nepal may appoint a transport inspector to inspect whether the motor vehicles are being driven subject to the provisions of this Act or the Rules framed hereunder
and whether the public motor vehicles that are engaged in the transport service have fulfilled such terms as required to be fulfilled under this Act or the Rules framed hereunder.
